Online EMDR Therapy

Online EMDR therapy is designed for adults who are ready to work directly with unresolved experiences that continue to shape emotional responses, relationships, and self-perception.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that can address trauma, attachment patterns, and long-standing emotional responses. Sessions are conducted securely online, allowing this work to take place privately and conveniently from home.

Online EMDR therapy is available to adults throughout Florida, Illinois, and Washington.

Why Private Pay?

Private pay allows treatment to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements. Sessions can be paced intentionally, without predetermined authorizations, diagnosis-driven limitations, or third-party review.

This supports greater privacy, continuity, and flexibility in EMDR treatment. Rather than working within externally defined timelines, the focus can remain on meaningful processing—helping unresolved experiences lose their emotional intensity and have less influence over how you feel, react, and relate in the present.

Online EMDR Therapy Fees

Online EMDR therapy sessions are $200 for 50 minutes.

Payment is due at the time of service. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.

Out-of-Network Benefits

To simplify this process, I partner with Mentaya, a secure service that allows you to check your out-of-network coverage and estimate potential reimbursement for EMDR telehealth sessions. If you choose to pursue reimbursement, I provide monthly superbills for submission to your insurance carrier.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged at the scheduled session rate.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.
  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.

In EMDR, reprocessing is like watching the landscape from a train — noticing what arises while remaining grounded and slightly removed from it.
